STRATEGIC INITIATIVES 2008
As a part of our Day of Vision each January we announce our church-wide goals for the coming year and communicate the plans for how we will carry each of them out. This year our 3 Strategic Initiatives are all related to the word TOGETHER.
1. Together we Grow in Relationship with One Another - The focal point of this goal is a message series this fall with correlating discipleship components for children, youth and adults. Click below to read about the FRIENDSHIP FIRST curriculum which we will use.

2. Together we Walk Across the Room - This initiative is based largely on a book by Pastor Bill Hybels titled Just Walk Across the Room which highlights the life changing events that can follow when we make the effort to introduce ourselves to someone new. Additionally, we will offer teachings from the book Unbinding the Gospel: Real Life Evangelism by Marth Grace Reese designed to convert even the most evangelism cautious Christian to love others enough to tell them that Jesus is the answer. 3. Together we Become Financially Free - Helping families navigate the many aspects and challenges of finace management is an important part of what we refer to in churches as "stewardship" or acquiring and using resources including money. Classes are being offered this summer based on the curriculum ROAD TO FINANCIAL FREEDOM which provides solutions to financial bondage. Click the link below to understand more about this resource.
