Brett Holland, Facilities Director
Facilities includes all building and grounds owned by CROSSROADS. We do not employ a janitor or cleaning service, but have a Facilities Director on our staff to over see this ministry along with other general staff responsibilities. Borrowing a phrase from Willow Creek Community Church in S. Barrington IL, all who serve in the area of Facilities are "ministers of first impressions". In addition to maintaining, cleaning & repairing, our Director along with a volunteer Team of Trustees is responsible for building use policy and scheduling, property purchasing decisions and legal and insurance matters.
Installing a new playground is one recent project of our Trustees, which is the volunteer team responsible for all of our property and is overseen by Brett Holland, Facilities Director.
