Our vision is to see people who do not have a faith commitment to Jesus Christ become fully devoted followers. Below is a 6 Step Process that explains how persons can lead others to become fully devoted followers. Not all of us fit into neat little categories, but this 6 step process allows us to see some of the milestones of Spiritual progress.
This process is not just a strategy of CROSSROADS. It is a reflection of Biblical principles outlined in God’s word. A similar strategy was used by Jesus with his own disciples. It is a process where God leads the way and uses us to respond. The process is dependent on prayer, time and commitment through each stage. Leading others or discovering our own way to become fully devoted followers is not an easy process. We never fully become perfected in this life, but moving toward God’s purpose for our lives brings joy to the believer who lives out this process. At CROSSROADS we are committed to this process because by God’s power it brings people into a relationship with Jesus Christ. You can count on the commitment of the staff and leaders to help you in this process. Please study these steps and apply them as you assist seekers in finding a relationship with Jesus Christ. Not only will you change their lives, it will change your life in the process as well.
