Kids Own Worship
Crossroads Kid’s Own Worship strives to give kids a faith that will last forever and make our church a place they want to be.  Our Sunday lessons weave music, group discussions, video presentations, and creative activities together to reinforce one clear and simple bottom line each week so kids can walk away and remember what matters most.
Kid’s Own Worship (KOW) begins during the 9:30am worship in Lakeville or the 10:00am Worship in Inver Grove Heights. Children join their family in the sanctuary for greeting, prayer and praise music. Teachers and staff then escort them to their classrooms where each child is placed in an age appropriate group.
Currently the Inver Grove Heights campus does not split the children into age groups, but that is a goal in the near future.
3 to 5 Years

Our younger children enjoy 1st Look curriculum designed just for them. Every element centers on giving them a first impression of their loving heavenly Father. It is constructed to meet our little ones where they are cognitively, spiritually, physically, emotionally and socially.

6 to 9 Years

The 252 Kids curriculum provokes discovery and invites kids into a new understanding of how to grow in their relationship with Jesus. Every lesson and resource helps them discover who Jesus is, and then shows them how to put their faith into practical action.

10 to 12 Years

The transition between children’s and youth ministry can be tricky, and we are committed to keeping our preteens involved and engaged during this time. Our Children’s & Youth teams have partnered to create an environment that our “tweens” can’t wait to return to week after week.

Infant/Toddler Nursery

Care is provided for infants and toddlers during our Sunday morning service. Professional child care workers and volunteer members of the church staff the nursery.

In order to provide your children with the most efficient and safe environment, CROSSROADS requires each child’s parent or guardian to submit a Registration Form
If you would like to help form a child’s faith in Christ, please let us know.
